The rivers in Idaho are full right now. Heavy winter rains and above average snow pac that is just starting to melt means the rivers in Idaho are going to be at peak potential for awhile longer.
This is the Payette River at Horseshoe Bend, the mighty bladder wave.
New wood in Chaos! There has been random trees falling in the lower section of the river for the past couple months. Some of the debri has scattered and we found one piece in a bad spot yesterday! Think you need anything else to worry about with running this section, here’s more intimidation factor….
